The standard Electric Heating Element is set to a constant surface temperature, with no need for external controls. In the fully loaded towel warming mode it will act to reduce power and save running costs. In space heating mode it will increase the power to deliver background heat needed to the maximum of its rated capacity. A safe to touch system, with safety measures incorporated.
